United States
Clear Lam operates three facilities in the United States located in Illinois and employs 550 people. Our newest facility in Vernon, California will enable us to expand our manufacturing and warehousing capabilities on the West Coast.
China
Clear Lam celebrated the grand opening of its newest plant in Nanjing, China, in May 2007. Clear Lam Packaging (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Clear Lam Packaging, Inc. The three facilities owned by Clear Lam in China allow us to continue to innovate and support customers not only in North America but also internationally.
The Clear Lam China operations include two manufacturing plants focused on thermoformed containers and one plant focused on flexible films. Clear Lam China employs approximately 200 people.
The Thermoforming Group operates eight production lines, full-scale tool making and in-house extrusion. The Flexible Films Group operates rotogravure printing presses up to ten colors, solvent- based laminators and various slitters.
