The MAP Systems technology is based on the delivery of very specific, non-abusive streams of inert or active gasses into the product and its primary package; cans, jars, bottles, vials, pouches, bags, trays, etc. The objective being to maintain freshness and to extend the products shelf life beyond the levels that is attainable through conventional packaging methods. This can provide the processor with a significant ROI, allow them to expand their distribution and to gain market share.
